1. Drink a cup of warm water before use.

2. Before massaging, ensure no space between the footrest and the sole of your foot.

3. Turn on the power, place both feet on the footrest, and start at levels 5 to 10. If it is too hot or painful, adjust the level and stimulate for 30 to 40 minutes.

4. Using knee pads can enhance effectiveness by preventing heat loss.

5. Massage your hands for 10 to 15 minutes in steps of 5 or less.

6. Use again after 6 hours if necessary.

7. Drink enough water after massaging 2-3 times a day for better results.
