PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

We used high-quality single-origin coffee to create 3 special blended beans with unique roasting technology.
We never use Robusta species or low-cost varieties.
To remain faithful to its natural taste, we do not burn or roast our coffee to make it taste bitter. You can grind it and extract it according to your preference,
such as hand drip, cold brew (Dutch coffee), espresso, or coffee maker.

Brewing Guide

[French press]
1. Pour hot water into the French press and cup to warm it up
2, Prepare 20g of ground coffee beans for French press.
3. Pour 200g of water between 93 and 94 degrees into the beans
4. Pour water, stir lightly 3 to 4 times, and simmer for about 4 minutes
5, Slowly press down to bring down the coffee powder
6. Press down completely and pour in a glass

[Hand drip]
1. Put a filter on the dripper and wash it with hot water
2. Prepare 15-17g of crushed wonds for drip.
3. Prepare 280 grams of 95-degree water.
4. Pour enough water to soak the surface of the prepared beans and let it simmer for about 2 minutes.
5. Pour water slowly so that water does not touch the filter.
6. When 120ml or so is extracted, remove the dripper and dilute 100ml of hot water to your liking or add ice

[Mocha pot]
1. Prepare 16-18g crushed circles for mocha pot and press flat in basket
2. Put water in the lower container of the Mokatov so that it does not cross the safety valve.
3. When the coffee is extracted at the extraction entrance with the sound of boiling water, turn off the heat and wait until the boiling sound is over
4. Drink espresso as it is or add water or milk to your liking

[Espresso]
1. Prepare 16-20g of ground coffee beans for espresso and add coffee to the inner line of the basket
2. After tamping flat, extract 25ml of espresso for 25 to 30 seconds.
3. Add espresso as it is or water or milk to your liking.
