Delicious Sanhaerang Burdock Tea
We only use burdock from clean areas in Korea.
Burdock is so nutritious that it can be called wild ginseng.
It contains a lot of saponin, and burdock was used for medicinal purposes,
but recently it has been cultivated for food, and is one of the foods
that is often sought after not only as a side dish but also as a roasted tea.
Why Sanhaerang burdock?
Healthy raw materials produced in fertile soil
We select only high-quality domestic burdock grown in the Nakdong River basin, a clean area in Korea, in moist, fine soil.
The tip is boldly cut off and only the thick part in the middle is used, and the dirty fine roots are removed as much as possible.
100% unbleached raw material without any additives
100% raw material without any artificial additives.
By repeating the appropriate amount of rolling, cooling, and steaming,
the unpleasant smell of the raw material is blown away,
and the sweet and savory original scent of the raw material is preserved,
and the savory taste is well-blended, making it a good substitute for drinking water.
Handmade washing method No loss of nutrients
We remove foreign substances such as fine roots and wash them manually,
even in the detailed work that cannot be done by machine, to minimize loss of nutrients.
