Less Plastic Pouch is a laminated paper material and polymeric plastic film to reduce the use of plastic materials that cause increasingly serious environmental pollution and global warming. 
 Among the existing plastic materials such as PET/AL/PE or VMPET/PE or PET/NY/PE, plastic materials except for the sealant (PE) x-layer are replaced with paper materials, and according to the market and customer needs and demands, we can provide higher barrier and function by improving weak barrier. In addition, it is a pouch that can utilize sealant films made of various types of paper, biodegradable materials, biomass material depending on the purpose.

Product structure and features
Basic material structure: Brown/White paper + PE

-Inner sealant film can be replaced with Biodegradable material or Biomass PE (Bio content 25% or more)
-Gas and Moisture Barrier Properties can be provided by PVDC & PVOH coating on white paper
-Applying existing flexible packaging production process
