The Hello Charger portable charger is built with industrial-grade components, ensuring high durability. It is also equipped with an IP55 protection rating, allowing it to withstand the effects of fine dust and rain during charging without any issues.

How to use.
1) Connect the AC220V power supply.
2) Initialization of the charger will be executed.
3) Set the charging power level among the four available options.
4) The "EAdy" message will be displayed on the charger's status indicator.
5) Connect the charger's J1772 connector to the electric vehicle.
6) To start the charging process, press the "START" button.
7) If the charger connection is successful, charging will begin, and the status indicator will display "CHAR" to indicate that the charging is in progress.
8) When the charging is completed, the status indicator will display "End".

How to unlock when the charging connector is not disconnected properly.
When you press the stop button and the connector still doesn't come out, follow the below steps.

1. Press the unlock button on the vehicle's smart key multiple times to release the charger lock.
2. In the vehicle settings, switch the connector lock mode from "AUTO/LOCK to "AUTO".
3. In case of an emergency, you can pull the emergency release cable to detach the charger connector manually.
4. When the above instruction doesn't work, please consult with the car repair specialist.
*Methods for unlocking the charger may vary dependingon the vehicle manufacturer.
*For detailed information, please refer to the vehicle manual or contact the vehicle manufacturer.

The locking function of the charger operates through the internal fixation device within the vehicle's charging port.
The charger itself does not have a direct locking mechanism.
If you are unable to unlock the charger, trying to forcefully remove it can potentially damage the charger.
