∙ How to use
1. Spread the ice pack in a brick shape (zigzag) and freeze it sufficiently in the freezer for at least 8 hours.
2. Insert the frozen ice pack into the cold storage bag and then into the pocket inside the vest.
3. After wearing, adjust the buckle on the waist to fit your body shape.
