HYUNDAI PORTER

The Kia Bongo, also called the Kia K-Series, Kia Frontier or Kia Besta, is based on the Mazda Bongo, and is known for its loading capacity and reliable engine.

This model has seen some changes since first being introduced in 1980, but the essentials remain: solid design, good performance, and low maintenance costs, making the model one of the best choices on the market for a pick-up truck. The current generation of Kia Bongos are fitted with one of either a 3.0, 2.7, or a 2.5L diesel engine, offering horsepower and torques of 85 PS/18.5kgm, 80 PS/16.8kgm, and 130PS/26kgm respectively.

2nd Generation of HYUNDAI PORTER

Started in 1989, the second generation did not bring any major changes in the PORTER until 1992 when engine capacity was raised up to 2.7ltrs.

Three years after the PORTER received another change that was a facelift and new engine.

This PORTER was named as and this pickup truck was received well in the market.

In the same generation the passenger coach design was configured with not much of engine change.

The passenger coach from this generation is known as “BestA”. The performance of BestA was noticeably high in the Brazilian market where it broke the selling records of several other minivans.

PORTER 3rd Generation

The third generation that started in 1997 lasted till 2005. The first name that was introduced in this age was PORTER.

The All Terrain version of PORTER was developed in the same age.

A 2.7ltr engine with power capacity of 80PS was a standard engine with another option of increased power (90PS) in 3L engine. The major facelift in PORTER occurred in 2000.
