Features of our air compressor auto drain valve system

Precautions for installing the compressor auto drain valve

1.Before installing the condensate automatic discharge valve of the compressor, install the rust sludge in the compressor pressure tank after opening the cock 2 to 3 times at a pressure of 7kgf or more to completely remove the rust sludge in the pressure tank. Minor rust sludge generated after that is automatically discharged.
2.If large particles of rust sludge get caught in the disk of the compressor auto drain valve, the valve is not completely closed, so a minute leak occurs in the water discharge nozzle. In this case, as it is not a malfunction, so if you repeat opening and closing 2 to 3 times for 2 to 3 seconds as shown in , rust sludge is discharged and the valve is completely closed

Installation order of the compressor auto drain valve

1.Completely remove rust sludge in the pressure tank of the compressor system.
2.Remove the cock attached to the compressor.
3.Install the elbow which is a part of the condensate auto drain valve of the compressor by winding it with Teflon tape.
Install to the air tank in the direction of the long part of the elbow.
4.Install the handle of the compressor auto drain valve in the direction as shown in [Figure 2].
5.Next, install the compressor auto drain valve in the direction as shown in [Figure 2].
6.If the system(system) is installed outside, it is safe to wrap it with insulating material as the valve disk may freeze and may operate unstably.
7.Be careful when wrapping Teflon tape on each thread. If it is wound incorrectly, the Teflon may enter the inside diameter and jam the disk of the compressor auto drain valve, which may cause a malfunction.
