PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
JWC manufactures and supplies PLC Panel for MS SOx Scrubber System implementation, also another part PLC panel.
Currently, many domestic and foreign companies are entering this field in the installation of MS SOx
Scrubber, which is one of the exhaust gas reduction devices in the world, in accordance with IMO ship exhaust gas regulations. Also, JWC is now proceeding with the contract to supply the PLC Panel to the leading representative company in Korea.
※ Scrubbers or Exhaust Gas Cleaning Systems (EGCS) are used to remove particulate matter and harmful components, such as sulphur oxides (SOx) and nitrogen oxides (NOx) from the exhaust gasses generated as a result of combustion processes in marine engines, to implement pollution control.
※ A scrubber sprays alkaline water into the vessel's exhaust, which removes SOx from the ship's engine and boiler exhaust gases. In a seawater system the sea's natural alkalinity largely neutralizes the results of SO2 removal before discharge back to the sea.
We, JWC, provides manpower required for shipbuilding, oil major companies, petrochemical, plant and other Industries as well as on-site inspection and field supervision.
And we have a network for PLC engineering as well as construction part. In addition to PLC engineering network, we have PLC engineers and can supply system engineer for automatic production manufacture site/field.
We, JWC, have a number of inspectors with qualifications required for a particular project and can provide the appropriate inspector at any time when client/customer need qualified supervision required
