Product Description
GODO ZIPPY Repair Kit was developed to repair broken zippers.
Since normal zipper repair products must be repaired after removing the sewing parts of the zipper,
It is a product that can simply attach a new zipper without removing the end of the zipper and removing the broken zipper.
In addition, it can be conveniently used by attaching a zipper to golf bags, fishing bags, and travel bags that have long zippers.

1.- Three models are available for the most popular # 5 (6mm, 15/64 inch) and # 6 (6.5mm, 16/64 inch) zipper widths.
2.- It can be used for zippers of all materials such as metal (MF), nylon (CF), plastic (PF) and waterproof zipper (CSCF).
3.- Apparel, shoes, backpacks, golf bags, travel bags, suitcases (hard case, soft case irrelevant), tents, camping equipment, etc. can be installed on all products using zippers.
4.- The parts storage box provided as a case can be useful for storing the remaining parts and using them later if necessary.

 Precautions when using
 (1) Check the zipper chain series and zipper wide and select the appropriate product. Currently only Zipper Repair Kits of # 5 and # 6 sizes are available.
 
 (2) The letter in front of the model name indicates the zipper chain series, and the number after the model name indicates the size of the zipper chain. For example, MF5 refers to a 16/64 inch (6 mm) zipper chain for metal fasteners.
 
 (3) If the zipper chain is contaminated with salt or dust and the slider is difficult to operate, be sure to wash it before repairing.
 
 (4) Some # 5 plastic zippers have an MF5 slider. If the PF5 slider is loose, try applying the MF5 slider. (For Set4 purchase customers)
 
 (5) The bolts of the zipper parts are made of stainless steel and do not stick to the magnetic drive. Be careful not to drop the bolt when assembling.
 
 (6) Do not place the product within reach of children and infants.

How to Assemble the Zipper Slider
(1) Remove the damaged zipper slider.
(2) Remove the lower part and put it on the bottom of the zipper.
(3) Move the upper part back and forth to the lower part to check if the zipper is closed and opened properly.
(4) Assemble the pull tab to fit into the crown while fitting the pull tab to the upper material.
(5) Fix the bolts with a screwdriver.
(6) Move the zipper slider to make sure it works properly.
(7) If you assemble the # 5 size but the slider is tight or it doesn't work well, change it to the upper part of the # 6 size.
(8) If you're stiff or not working well at # 6, try applying the MF5 slider. (For Set4 purchase customers)

How to remove a broken slider
(1) Insert the end of the screwdriver between the top and bottom board of the slider and turn it to break the slider.
(2) You can find the slider removal video through the QR code included in the manual.
(3) Drivers or nippers are not provided to remove the malfunctioning slider.
