- Take the first decocted ginseng from the glass pot and spread out on a clean cloth or container.
Use them after drying for about 5 hours in a shady, well-ventilated place.
- For the second decoction, the additional steaming is not necessary, so pour the water for maturing into the glass pot and press the maturing button. In case of the second decoction, the extracting quantity of red ginseng ingredients is less than 20% of that of the first decoction.
● Dosage of red ginseng extract
- Daily dosage
Take 100cc each twice a day(morning, evening).
For children under 12 years old, take 50cc each time.
- If you have allergies or side effects(fever, diarrhea) to ginseng, reduce the dosage to one-half (50cc) of the standard dose, and gradually increase it to 100cc.
- Refrigerate and take the matured red ginseng extract.
- If you take red ginseng extract to enhance vitality, it is recommended you take it for a long time, at least five months.
- If you add honey or sugar to the red ginseng extract before or after drinking, it is more effective to relieve a hangover.
● Cleaning after use
- The cooling pot and lid: Clean with a soft cloth dampened with a detergent.
- Glass pot: Clean with a soft cloth dampened with a detergent.
※ If washing the hot container in cold water, the container may be deformed.
※ Allow the container to be cool and wash with lukewarm water.
※ When cleaning the product, remove the power cord and prevent water from entering the main body.
