PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Elretron is comprised of Elretron Korea which is responsible for R&D and production, Elretron USA and Elretron China which are in charge of sales and marketing.

And this is our product PENNA.

PENNA is a Retro-inspired Mechanical Bluetooth keyboard with up-to-date technology.

PENNA supports multi-pairing up to 5 devices. This means if you register your devices on PENNA, you can switch the connected device with ease. You can select the device by pressing F1 to F5 with the Function key.

If there is anyone who remembers typewriters, they would probably know what the return bar is. We took it and made the macro bar. If you pull up the Macro bar, recording mode is initiated in which you can save up to 50 characters. By pressing down the macro bar once, the recorded characters instantly pop up.

As PENNA doesn’t have a number pad, it has various short cut keys which are combinations of FN plus another key. You can adjust the volume and brightness, make your device go into sleep mode, use pre-set shortcuts and so on and so forth.

These are other specific features of PENNA. Bluetooth 4 point 2 / Auto-sleep function which can make PENNA stay in idle mode for up to 6 months / The user can switch PENNA’s key layout to the same as a Windows keyboard or an Apple keyboard / Key switches were made by Cherry who is known as the world’s most advanced mechanical keyboard switch technology.

PENNA has 3 types of keycaps. If you see here, the round one is a chrome keycap and it has 2color variations, white and black. This rectangular one is the diamond keycap. If the buyer wishes, we can make other types of switches and different language variations.

We also have an exclusive pouch to carry PENNA and other things, such as pens. Pencils, mouse, tablet, note book etc.

We launched PENNA on Kickstarter in April 2017 and up to now, we have been funded 1 million 100 thousand US Dollars. Here in Japan, 8 million Japanese Yen was raised on Makuake. We also succeeded launching it on the Chinese website JD.com. Our promotional video has 23 Million views and 500 thousand shares.

In response to customer demand, we are finalizing the product and preparing open market sales. Such as Amazon, e-bay or retail sales. Estimated sales volume in 2018 is 100,000 PENNAs, with estimated sales of 10 million dollars.
