High Pressure Spray Hose

Seyoung Metal's spray hose is available for various application such as engineering, agriculture, pneumatics industry and etc.

It is consist of flexible 100% PVC tube which is reinforced with 1500 denier polyester high tenacity yarn and then covered with an outer x-layer of flexible PVC. In case of material, it is used for non-toxic thing much safer than a spray hose with other material.

In case of Air hose, this item is consist of triple covered PVC x-layer and twice reinforced PE yarn on the each inside PVC x-layer.

This structure has more strong endurance under powerful pressure.
Finally, Gas Hose is consist of wire reinforced structure under outside PVC x-layer.

So our customer is able to expect for protecting huge dangerous from wild animals such as rodents.

Strong point of Seyoung Metal's hose is powerful adhesive.

This strong point has an effect on high working pressure of hose.

The hose is usually consisted of first inside x-layer, second reinforced x-layer and final outside x-layer.

If each x-layer has strong adhesive, each area of the hose is able to have taken hold of each x-layer by strong power, so it can be endured for high working pressure.
