- Insulation resistance: It should be more than 100MΩ by measuring the live part and
non-live part of the motor with DC 500V MEGGER after operating the motor in rated
temperature and normal humidity.
- Insulation withstand voltage: After operating the rated motor at normal temperature and
normal humidity, apply the RMS voltage of 1,500V 50 / 60Hz for one minute to the
live part and the non-live part of the motor.
- Temperature rise: After the motor is operated under the rated temperature,
the temperature rise value (ΔT) is 65 ° C or less for Class A, 75 ° C or less for Class E,
85 ° C or less for Class B
- Insulation grade: E type (120 ℃), B type (130 ℃)
- Overheat protection device: Built-in thermal protector
