NFLOW SPH
NFLOW SPH analyzes various flow problems encountered in various industries using SPH method as a tool for analyzing particles.
Unlike the finite element method (FEM) and the finite difference method (FDM), which are numerical methods of Eulerian based on the mesh, SPH is one of the meshless methods which can analyze the flow by following the motion of the fluid material point.
This unique nature makes it easier and more flexible to interpret physical phenomena that are difficult to interpret based on existing mesh.
Based on SPH, NFLOW SPH analyzes fluid based on particle characteristics like mass, density, etc., so there is no limit to the size of the object to be analyzed, it also can be used in various fields regardless of the size of structure and space.
NFLOW SPH also can conduct multi-phase analysis.
In particular, nonlinear free surface flow can be analyzed excellently, making it easy to interpret complex and dynamic flow phenomena such as tire aqua planning, gearbox oiling, and spraying and it provides good results for free surface phenomena such as droplets and bubbles caused by static conditions or interaction with moving objects.
E8IGHT have developed an optimized algorithm that not only improves stability as an analysis program, but also provides high speed calculation and easy-to-use UI for users.
NFLOW is easy, so user doesn't need to spend much time for training CFD S/W, NFLOW user only needs a few weeks of training.
In calculating particles, NFLOW uses GPGPU and Multi GPU load balancing technique.
Especially, with Multi GPU load balanicng technique, NFLOW can produce and calculate 0.1 billion particles simultaneously and fast.
So it can analyze any case as a "real world itself."
NFLOW also provides demo, casebook and model test for free.
