Composite panel

• We provide core competencies in all fields from design to raw material selection, x-frame manufacturing and finished panels.

• As a core of composite panel, we have applied XPS insulation foam board. Because XPS has high water and vapour resistance, so it's weight and insualtion value are not changed, and does not affect to long term performance of the panel.

• We produce 3 x-layers~5 x-layers composite panel is made of GRP, aluminum, steel, and plywood and XPS.
• Our composite panel has high durability and insulation performance so it is optimized products for commercial vehicles.

3-ply composite panel    

• In general, rather than high thermal insulation or high durability specifications,  it is suitable for lightweight vehicles or dry van / refrigeration vehicles that require light weight and maneuverability. 

• Lightweight (reduces fuel consumption by reducing body weight)      
• Durability (generally stronger than caustic and stainproof than ordinary steel)
• Easy to assemble the top box (It is easy to process with the structure suitable for the characteristics.)​
