It is made by co-curing the integrated ceramic tile and GRE. It is lightweight and has great performance such as wear resistance and corrosion resistance for applications such as power plant ash-treatment feed pipe.
Its wear life is 5-10 times higher compared to traditional metal products, which allows use for 10 years after installation. Thus, it dramatically improves maintenance cost—owing to the absence of a rotation cycle—compared to other products.
