Vitrified Diamond Tools [VD6A2-001]

Vitreous bonded wheels, also called ceramic bond wheels, are made of hyaline produced by mixing a vitreous bond of ceramic component and DIA, CBN abrasives and going through primary molding process and secondary sintering process and being used in specific industries to which resin bonded wheels or metal bonded wheels are difficult to be applied in difficult-to-cut-materials such as carbide materials, ceramic materials, HSS, SKD11, etc.
