Screw & Cylinder for thixomolding machine

Screw is a transferring part needed in order to inject materials into the molding part of the mold in the Thixomolding machine. It is located inside the cylinder and it receives raw materials in form of chips, supplied by the hopper and acts to move them forward of the cylinder while rotating within the cylinder. At this time, it has to transfer the raw material chips while making them nto semi-molten state, intermediate state of solid and liquid, by applying heat, so it is exposed to high temperature for a long time.
