DESCRIPTION

KX36A Oil Based Mold Releasing Agent is a remarkably clean and harmless product with bright colors producing no irritant odors created by (oil based) oily materials after being released from mold unlike other conventional oil based mold releasing agents. KX36A Oil Based Mold Releasing Agent offers outstanding advantage of less staining against the continuous releasing of molds with the oil film residue remained after mold release. Moreover, the de-foaming agent contained in the KX36A Oil Based Mold Releasing Agent allows manufacturing clean products by creating no bubbles, which has been the disadvantage of conventional oil based mold releasing agents.

APPLICATION

KX36A is suitable for secondary product of concrete, box culverts, tunneling work, Large precasts–panels, beams, lintels, manhole, culverts, sewer boxes etc. (vibration type)

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

KX36A is ready-to-use version without adding water. 

METHOD OF USE

Clean all surface prior to application of KX36A. KX36A can be applied via spraying, brushing, rolling on the molds in thin, even x-layers for maximum performance and economy. For a more uniform and economical application, use a sprayer equipped with a fan type nozzle.

PRECAUTIONS

Clean molds for no stains.
