DESCRPTION

OT9/CX19/NOX73 mold release is an emulsion of natural, biodegradable water based product that will minimize surface defects with no air holes and provide a quick, easy release of concrete from molds. This environmentally friendly formula will not stain or discolor the surface of concrete. OT9/CX19/NOX73 can be used on metal, wood, aluminium, rubber molds

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

OT9/CX19/NOX73 is very economical version of mold release agents. It shall be diluted with water before use.

METHOD OF USE

Clean all surface prior to application of OT9/CX19/NOX73. Agitate before use. OT9/CX19/NOX73 can be applied via spraying, brushing, rollingon the molds in thin, even x-layers for maximum performance and economy.

PRECAUTIONS

n Protect from freezing; store at -5℃ or above.

(if freezed, use after well melted)

n Clean molds for no stains.

n Keep out of direct sunlight.

METHOD OF DILUTION

n Simply dilute by stirring for a few seconds.

n Can be diluted by water pump, dilutioner.

METHOD OF SPRAY

n Spray thoroughly in detailed manner.

n Liquid agent will not seep through.
