Introduction
The FCMS 170 System measure static friction coefficient and kinetic friction coefficient  for all materials. It places the material to be tested above the flat plate and directly measures friction coefficient as it pulls the object with desired speed. It is able to measure metal, ceramic, plastic, fabric, electronic material, rubbers, paper, etc.  Unit can measure in wet or dry conditions according to options chosen. Friction speed range is 10mm/min ~ 500mm/min and is configured to test according to ASTM D1894, KS M ISO 8295 standards.
