Product Stainless Steel Powder for Sintering
NANO KOREA’s stainless steel powder for sintering is being produced by the “patented technology of manufacturing atomized metal powder using high-pressure water-injection device.”
In the meantime, even though the stainless steel powder has been widely used throughout the domestic part materials industries, it has been totally imported from overseas due to the absence of production technology.
In 2011, we started pilot production and completed the verification of quality composition, and the following year, in 2012 we started mass production. In particular, stainless steel powder for sintering is mainly used for the materials of producing electronic appliances and mechanical parts by press machines because of its unique corrosion resistance and sintering function.
Besides, we can control chemical composition and particle size distribution according to customer’s requirements, and we can satisfy customers with high quality, acute delivery, and customized products as well.
