NANO KOREA’s Hastelloy Ni-alloy powder is being produced by the “patented technology of manufacturing atomized metal powder using high-pressure water-injection device.”

In the meantime, even though the stainless steel powder has been widely used throughout the domestic part materials industries, it has been totally imported from overseas due to the absence of production technology.

In 2011, we started pilot production and completed the verification of quality composition, and the following year, in 2012, we started mass production. In particular, as stainless steel powder for MIM retains unique corrosion resistance and its ultrafine sizes of 2–5 um. Its excellent low-temperature sintering function will be a big help to the parts manufacturers which are striving to enhance mechanical properties.
