A/S free of charge for one year from the date of purchase. You can take it. out of warranty. In case of defects due to product or user error, Repayment will be carried out.
The chair item is an A/S repair. Send new parts by courier instead of replacing parts. It will be processed.
I'm going to take pictures or video of the defect. Take a picture of it and take me to our customer center.
If you send me the phone number you're giving me, I'll send you a new part. I'll give you a forwarding order.
