The GD IRON Grip EXT 90 is of top quality and is adjustable hand gripper developed for everyone,especially professional athletes. There are types of GD IRON Grip EXT. One is without extension handles and other is with extension handles.With the extension handles,the range starts from 20 kg to 90 kg (44-198lb). Without the extension handles,the range starts from 25 kg to 90 kg (55-198lb). Unlike cheap ones,GD IRON Grip EXT 90 contains a highly durable, advanced die spring.In addition, steel provides a high quality grip at an affordable price.Constructed with six-link structure it can operate in parallel with the handles.This enables a natural operation,coinciding with the movement direction of the fingers,with fixed pressure corresponding to each finger.Thus,this allows an even muscle development for the entire hand,the wrist,and all the way to the elbow.GD grip's axis doesn't twist even though it is closed-a feature comparable to the other grip products.This further enhances the grip and helps to deliver the force's direction when it is fully closed. The length of the handle is 95mm.The distance between the two handles is 57mm, and the total length of the GD Iron EXT 90 is 165mm..Operation

Step 2:Put each handles apart and move the spring to the level you want.

Step 3：Grab the handles lightly until the stopper fully close.
