The GD Grip Ultra is of top quality and is adjustable hand gripper developed for everyone,especially professional athletes. There are types of GD Grip Ultra. One is GD Grip Ultra 50 and other is GD Grip Ultra 70.For, Ultra 70,the range starts from 20 kg to 70 kg (44-154lb). Its handle width is adjustable between 45 to 85 mm.These combinations enable the user to choose between 17 different resistances. Unlike cheap ones,GD Ultra 70 contains a highly durable, advanced die spring.In addition, steel and hard industrial plastic parts provides a high quality grip at an affordable price.Constructed with a four-link structure it can operate in parallel with the handles.This enables a natural operation,coinciding with the movement direction of the fingers,with fixed pressure corresponding to each finger.Thus,this allows an even muscle development for the entire hand,the wrist,and all the way to the elbow.The length of the handle is 105mm.The distance between the two handles is 65mm, and the total length of the GD Grip Ultra 70 is 160mm.Operation Manual: step 1,Squeeze the grip a little bit so that the strength-adjusting nob can spin easily.Tum the strength-adjustiing nob to the bigger arrow side,and this will make it harder.Step 2:Widen the griip alittle bit and adjust the space between the handle by tuming the space adjust nut.If you want to exercise,The GD Grip Ultra 70 will be a good choice.
