PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Solvent free, two-component polyurethane adhesive that is particularly strong for bonding styrofoam and PVC films.
In the case of conventional styrofoam adhesives, when the adhesive is used as a solvent, the material itself (styrofoam) melts. Therefore, the steel plate can not be fixed firmly, which causes the stability of the final product (panel).
DS-100, our developed product, solved the problem of melting the material with this liquid type solventless urethane adhesive. It eliminates instability due to polyurethane foaming and produces styrofoam panels that are firmly adhered without the problem of weakening adhesion due to dissolution of styrofoam unlike existing solvent type adhesives.
It is finally delivered to Kia Motors through its partner companies and is used as an adhesive for refrigerator panels.
It can be applied to any place where solid panel is needed as well as adhesive for refrigerant panel.
It does not require any drying process before glueing and pasting.
It is eco-friendly with castor oil as its main ingredient.
