  You can find movie clips that help you effectively exercise with Dipda Line. The movie clips are for slenderizing your body parts such as waist, Hips, thigh, and arms.
• Pedometer
  Set your daily goal to achieve 10,000 steps a day, or you can fill up the steps with Dipda Line. This function initializes at 12:00 AM. The pedometer function shows steps you walked, distance, and calorie consumption.
• Record
  ​You can check out exercise records of months.

1. Waist Line
   Basic Twist, Whole Body twist, Twist while clasping and raising hands, Twist while holding the band and moving it up and down. The movie clips are for slenderizing your body parts such as waist, Hips, thigh, and arms.
2. Hip Line
   Yoga twist, Hip-up twist, Twist holding band above, Bending knees and twisting arms
3. Thigh Line
   ​Gathering foot, Power Twist, Touching floor twist, Pelvis Twist
4. Arm Line
   Palm Twist, Spinning wrist, Bending Knee and crossing arm exercise, Power pumping with putting the band in a foot.

1. Automatic alarm opens the APP at 12 AM, and manual alarm lets you open Dipda Line APP by yourself.
2. Select goal steps and notification method you want, such as vibration, sound, mute. For reference, ordinary people walk 3,000 to 5,000 steps a day.
3. You may select the language among Korean, English, Chinese and Japanese. Choose how many steps you want for a day and set notification. Also you can check the exercising amount and motivate you to exercise. There are Automatic and Manual execution, and also you can set the language.
