Features
The MPLA-Top filament has an optimal combination of a stereoisomer of PLA, an eco-friendly polymer, and is developed and manufactured by the company's molecular structure control technology and eco-friendly additives to have excellent properties and printability.
- It is opaque filament similar to ABS, and its physical properties are more flexible, elastic, heat-resistant, and shock-resistant than regular PLA.
- In particular, as it has good abrasion, it is suitable for postprocessing and good for mat-finish products. - With good printability, it has excellent melting stability, floor adhesion, interx-layer adhesion, low shrinkage rate, edge precision, and large (size) output.
- As it needs the short hardening (cooling) time, it can perform high-speed output compared to general PLA filaments and there is relatively no flow down at the same speed output.
- Filament production is strictly quality controlled by a laser, and uniformed thickness and cross-sectional circular products are provided.
- PLA, an eco-friendly polymer, is a plant-derived biodegradable polymer that does not generate harmful gases.
Precautions
As PLA is a hydrophilic polymer, if the filament is not used for a long time or hot and humid weather persists, make sure to store filaments and dehumidifiers in a zipper bag to keep its physical properties.
