[Product Description]

· Overview

- OKPack VCI Film is an anti-rust wrapping paper made by adding VCI Resin, which is based on the VCI Powder produced with our own technology, to synthetic resin. Especially, it is mainly used for storage and transportation of metal parts such as mechanical parts, automobile parts, etc., to prevent rust.

· Characteristics

- Transparent film allows visual inspection of inner packaged parts so that we can know whether their condition is changing.
- A wide variety of choices in sizes and forms is available
- OKPack only produces film for the steel and non-ferrous products both.
- Please use the non-ferrous film only after testing.

- Metal and Non-Metallic Products are sealed in OK-VCI Film and the VCI Resin on the film will vaporize to protect the interior. You can see the inner side through the film whenever you want. Please contact us if you have any questions

· How to use

- Recommended to use VCI Film with VCI Powder if the surface area of packed product is 3 times wider than the film’s.
- Recommended to use VCI Powder if harsh condition is expected or the total volume of packed product is more than 8m³
- Recommended to wrap the package itself once more to prevent any physical damage on packing if long-term corrosion protection is required
- Wear masks and gloves as possible to prevent packed product from saliva, sweat, or fingerprints when packing

· Warning

- Store away from the direct sunlight
- Must be kept sealed
- Remaining amount after use must be re-sealed and stored
