Our pure self-developed technology enables quick maintenance and customization. |
Storage / management of the disk image file
You can store disks of backup target equipment in an image file form on the NetClon and manage them
Supports various cloning methods
It proceeds cloning by selecting a stored image file and is separated into Multi-Cast and Single-Cast depending on the cloning method
Multi-Cast
Clones the disk of clone target equipment by selecting one image file
Single-Cast
It clones by selecting an image file by cloning target
Smart ASYNC Function
When the image file to be cloned is registered by checking the serial number of clone target PC, it automatically clones during next connection process
DiskClon supports wipe function that delete data of disk not to be recovered.
It is eraser type and support 5 methods including DoD standard
Single Pass | Initializes sectors with fixed values |
---|---|
U.S. DoD 5220.22-M(E) – 3 Pass |
Initializesall the sectors three times in following order: fixed value → complement value → pseudo-random value |
U.S. DoD 5220.22-M(ECE) – 7 Pass |
Initializes all the sectors seven times with random values in follwing order: U.S. DoD 5220.22-M(E) → 5220.22-M(C) → 5220.22-M(E) |
U.S. NSA erasure – 7 Pass | Initializes all the sectors seven times with random values |
Peter Gutmann – 35 Pass | Initializes all the sectors 35 times with a pre-ordered pattern. Though theoretically complete, it is said to be practically superfluous. |
※ U.S. DoD 5220.22-M(C): Overwrites disks with random numbers. Described also with 5220.22-M(E)
#Reference: Eraser VS Degausser method
Type | Eraser | Degausser |
---|---|---|
Method | Write same data on whole hard disk many times to delete data | Disuse hard disk by creating magnetic field to hard disk that is a magnetic storage medium |
Recycle | Possible | Impossible |
Time | Around 1 hour (Time based on data size or wipe method) | Around 5 minutes |
Recovery | Unrecoverable in case of over 3 pass | Unusable |
Dimension | Small, about 10kgs | Big, about 50~150kgs |
Price | Low price | High Price |
Wipe of DiskClon is eraser method including DoD standard
1> Appearance
2> Interface
NetClon is supporting almost all of media type due to connection by Ethernet of target device.
