How often should I replenish water? A. Water has to be replenished once in 1-2days according to surrounding environment. In order to maintain the best humidity, keep non-woven fabric wet by replenishing water when it is 1/5 of first height or under. Q. How can I check if humidification is working? A. You can see humidification is working when non-woven fabric maintains wet and the water amount in pot decreases. Q. How much water and aroma solution do I have to put? A. About 80% of water in pot, 4-5cm of dropper for aroma solution is adequate. After inserting aroma solution, use tissue ball to mix so that it blends with water. Please use water-soluble aroma oil (on sale). Q. Change of tissue ball A. A tissue ball is expendable. A well-managed tissue ball can be used for three months or more. Q. Stains on tissue ball A. Stains can naturally appear on a tissue ball and can be removed by washing. Q. How often should I wash tissue ball? A. On 24hours use basis, washing 1-2 times a week on average is adequate. When using oil, if non-woven fabric’s water route is blocked and water absorption is not good, using after washing helps. Notice - Cleanse with water before using natural humidifier Scales of natural humidifier is a natural phenomenon that occurs when non-woven fabric absorbs water. - In case of new product, use it after folding and unfolding 3-4 times (like playing accordion) and rinsing with water. - In case of scales, cleansing with soap/ detergent etc. reduces scales. - Attach humidifier in 90 degrees on horizontal wind wing. Water may fall if tilted for 30 degrees or more. - Adhesion strength is weak due to use of hypoallergenic adhesive harmless to human body. Do not forcibly separate tissue ball adhesive part. - Dyed tissue ball may have slight water color loosing phenomenon. Cleansing when first using can reduce water color loosing and be careful not to have clothes touch wet tissue ball. - When washing, surfactant included in water-soluble adhesive may form bubbles and are not harmful to human body.
