Our products are produced by P-CVD Treatment,(A kind of diffusion  CVD,Hv2200,penetrated thickness  30-100microne,)HVOF, spray and  fusing process (Tungsten carbide coating, chrome carbide coating).

Product Introduction

Our range of products includes several standard suitable for many applications, especially for extreme severe service conditions, such as polysilicon powder, oil refinery, high temperature water and steam, high hardness slurry, oil, petrol, chemical, fly ash, limestone etc.

All valves are manufactured by customer based requirement in the highest quality standards and are fully tested in our factory.

There are solid tungsten carbide Inserted segment ball valves, Inserted rotary disc valves, leakage zero high pressure ball valves etc. in our products range.

We also apply our Penetrated CVD coating technology(Patent right), which has hardness HV2200(HRc84), penetrated thickness 30-100micron to major parts of  all valves. It increases hardness and wear-resistance dramatically so that their life time is around 2-3 times longer than other world-famous valves with very competitive price.
