Seasoning is COCKOMIX's key to its unique flavors. To create the exact flavor of Korean Fried Chicken, we tried multiple ratios and were able to find the best. We can assure you that these flavors will be finger-licking good.

Our shaking bags (for seasoning mixing) are BPA-free and are safe to cook under heat.

They have also been tested countless times to ensure that they do not burst or break while shaking.
As the bags are locked with a zipper lock, the seasoning will not leak. So no need for straps or clips for more convenient opening and closing.

How to Cook
1. Unfold the paper stand on both sides. Then fold the paper alongside the lines and place the paper on top.
2. Toss the chicken pieces and the seasoning in the shaking bag. Seal the top of the shaking bag and shake well for the chicken to get seasoned equally.
3. Unseal the sticker at the bottom of the shaking bag and place it on the paper stand.
4. Place it in the Microwave and cook for 19 minutes.

When cooking with an air fryer, follow steps 1 and 2. Then preheat the device to 160 degrees, place the seasoned chicken in the device, and cook for 15 minutes each side.

Our Journey
Always Corporation was founded in 2019 and has developed Cocko Mix for over 3 years. While living in the US, Australia, and New Zealand, the project creator's favorite food was Korean fried chicken. We initially developed our shaking bag and paper stands from brainstorming on how to cook chicken with an oven bag by mixing a variety of seasoning and starch. After a few trials, we were able to get some outstanding flavor results to develop our cooking process as a kit. Finally, we were able to create a meal kit that could provide our customers with the full flavors of Korean fried chicken.
We then started developing seasoning for an international palate, especially for our customers in the US. So, we are now launching our first Korean Original, Teriyaki, and Cheese Buldak flavors to take our first steps in the US market. We have conducted hundreds of tests to find the perfect flavor to suit the taste of US customers. We would like to put our creativity to the test on Kickstarter. We genuinely hope that our friends, families, and Kickstarter backers will try out and taste the flavors of Korean fried chicken. Backers, thank you in advance for your love and support.
Who We Are
We started developing our chicken seasoning to enjoy a safe chicken dish with our kids. The whole team has jumped into this project to develop a Korean fried chicken meal kit that could satisfy the different taste profiles worldwide. From idea storming to product planning, our CEO, teammates, and our professional marketer has put in all their expert knowledge and skills to make COCKOMIX a reality. As we have thoroughly analyzed the trends and the taste profiles of local customers, we are proud to present our creation on Kickstarter. We can proudly say that our backers will fully appreciate our product.
