We aim to provide a healthy snack experience not only for Koreans, who rely on rice as a staple food, but also for people around the world. We proudly introduce our cheese rice cakes made with fresh rice milled within 15 days and natural cheese. This product features a healthy and chewy glutinous rice cake filled with a golden ratio blend of mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, designed for versatile use in various dishes. When used with our own product, which is made of 99% natural mozzarella cheese, you can create a unique and delightful taste experience with the classic Korean dish, Tteokbokki, known as a representative K-food. The tteokbokki sauce is loved by many, but for customers from various countries who find it too spicy to enjoy, this product is an excellent choice. The cheese inside the rice cakes helps balance out the spiciness of the sauce, and you can enjoy it without needing to prepare additional cheese. This product resembles the traditional honey rice cakes sold in Korean traditional markets, known as "Honey Tteok." We have blended cheese (30.37% mozzarella cheese and 7.68% cheddar cheese) into these rice cakes. It pairs exceptionally well with the beloved K-food "Fire Noodles" (Buldak Bokkeumyeon). When cooked together, it enhances the flavor and helps to balance out the spiciness.
